How to Request Deletion

If you have a Pramana account, the fastest way is to sign in and delete your account directly.

Alternatively, email support-g@pramana.ae from the same email you used to sign up with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

What We Delete

• Your Pramana account and login details
• Uploaded photos, PDF reports and signatures
• Login, session and shared-file access credentials

What We Retain (and for How Long)

• Temporary operational archives: minimum payment-processing records kept for 90 days.
• Business commission records: retained permanently, paid or unpaid, including the recipient and purchasing customer names, amount, paid status and date marked paid.
• Administrative reporting history: retained indefinitely, including identifiable user and party information, inspection/property history, spending, credit usage and transaction records.
• Backups/aggregates: non-identifiable analytics may be retained. Backups are purged on their normal cycle.

Cloud photos, PDFs, signatures and access credentials are removed by a tracked deletion process. Failed operations are retried hourly. Sign-in is revoked after confirmation. Account deletion does not erase administrative reporting history, including your name and email, property addresses, inspection dates and types, parties’ names and account usage.

Temporary minimum payment archives are retained for 90 days from your confirmed request and then removed, subject to provider recovery expiry. These archives do not contain inspection media or contact details. Administrative reporting and permanent commission business records are retained separately and do not expire at that deadline.

The storage provider currently keeps deleted objects in a seven-day recovery window after removal from active storage. Final deletion is checked after that window. Copies you previously downloaded or shared outside Pramana are not under our control.

Timing

We aim to complete confirmed deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity for security.
